Here’s a quick recipe that can be for both Skin and Hair.
- Peel and Cut Avocado
- Put half the avocado in a bowl and all 2 tablespoons of olive oil & 1 tablespoon of vitamin E.
- Mash the avocado & olive oil mixture with fork until you have a paste.
- For Hair: Take the paste and smooth onto each seection of hair paying attention to the ends. Leave on hair for 30-45minutes, rinse, and shampoo as usual.
- For Skin: Take the paste and apply to skin. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse and follow up with gentle cleanser.
